Discussit, an MVP for text analysis and re-synthesis

I just had a demo of Discussit by John Davenport . John fed it my article on product-focused innovation with IoT.

Discussit generated a list of topics in the outline, and explanatory text for each topic. By “zooming into” each topic, the topic gets broken down into subtopics, each with its own explanatory text.

Below that, the “broken-down” outline can be resynthesized into a document using the context from the prior topic analysis.

In a way, it’s like “dessicating” the text, and “rehydrating” it back to a longer form.

Or, it’s like zooming into a “text fractal”.

Very cool!

(And, apparently, I’m paying customer number 3 of Discussit – as soon as John sends me that invoice for $5! :D)
