For Breek.gr , the digital command center for property management operations in Greece, we developed a company website that is rich in content.

With a modular design, value propositions related to product features are organized into a large number of use-case-specific landing pages. The description of each feature block was developed based on the needs of the target audience, and is linked to clear value propositions of the product. The value propositions were developed by Breek.gr’s Head of Product, Isaak Tsalicoglou , by applying the JTBD methodology with input from market research and customer interviews.

The website is implemented in Hugo and styled in Bootstrap 5. The website uses absolutely no cookies and no tracking. We believe in user privacy, thus even the fonts are self-hosted, instead of serving them from the Google Fonts CDN.

The result is a static website that loads fast, respects visitors’ privacy, contains rich and relevant organic content, and is responsive across different viewports. It is available in English and Greek, and can easily be translated to other languages as needed.

Unsurprisingly, the website rapidly rose in Google Search results since it was launched in May 2024. As of December 2024, www.breek.gr as the number 1 organic result for search terms such as “property management software” and “λογισμικό διαχείρισης ακινήτων” when searching from Greece, which is Breek.gr’s only target market right now.
