Sponsored/coached an internship project tasked with mapping human interaction patterns in technology and product development teams.

Cross-functional and cross-BU interviews informed asynchronous group model building of dominant mental models across project teams. Modeling with Causal Loop Diagrams and Stocks & Flows led to identified feedback loops causing dynamic delays of project progress, and related root causes.

The project was led by an intern from June to August 2015, and supercharged with further experienced business insights by an IMD MBA Company Engagement Project in July 2015.
