For a multinational manufacturer (headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland) of software-enabled sensor and diagnostics equipment for professional use, with the goal of defining the company’s next steps in responsive Product Management, over a period of 3 months I observed and investigated the established daily operations of a team of Product Experts, and compiled a list of findings together with plans of action for turning around the team and expanding it into a capable, dynamic, responsive team of Product Experts and Product Managers fit for the company’s ambitious product pipeline and expansion into more digital offerings.
