As Head of Product Management of the company’s portfolio of software-enabled handheld devices for structural and material testing and condition assessment, Isaak Tsalicoglou led the 6 Product Managers in my team to develop, refine, evaluate and pitch robust business cases for 12+ new electronic and app-enabled products. This included probabilistic market sizing, the inclusion of subscription business models, and scenario-based NPV estimations thereof.
