Parallel to my responsibilities as GM of RENT21 P.C., a Tethys investment on the incubation of a B2B SaaS for property management , together with a team of UX/UI experts and based on market research and customer development:

• Matured the existing product vision and concept
• Developed the business model, incl. the feature set and the pricing model
• Developed and validated the software functionality tiers
• Managed the product roadmap

Furthermore, I have been overseeing the software implementation, including end-to-end QA.
