OVERBRING Labs continues the development of Breek.gr , with the following extensive improvements to property managers’ user experience regarding a central part of their daily work: document management.

In development: the implementation of a unified concept for document management across all types of records, including a revamped taxonomy for document categories and subcategories, unification of expiration dates that trigger automated notifications prior to document expiry, document previews for PDFs and images, a granular document permissions system, and some cool new features relying on self-hosted Large Language Models that make it easier for users to see at a glance what a document is about, as well as to upload up to 50 documents at once, relying on Breek.gr automatically detecting the category and subcategory of each uploaded PDF.
