Since 1991, TECTRA Ltd is a value-added, engineering-minded specifier/distributor of specified industrial equipment for powder handling and explosion protection to the minerals, cement, pigments, building materials, foodstuffs, animal feed, oil & gas, and shipping industries in Greece, Cyprus, and other countries surrounding Greece.
Isaak Tsalicoglou serves as Acting Managing Director, in charge of Product Portfolio Management, Commercial Excellence, Sales and Operations, as well as process improvements thereof.
- Product portfolio, market segment understanding and structuring; evaluation of product portfolio expansion / new segment coverage
- Technical sales management, customer and business development in existing and new segments
- Revamped the entire process from RFQ to order completion by implementing a Master Data Management system and deploying REST APIs for instant access to proprietary business data
- Focus on differentiation through Customer Experience, e.g.: deployed new customer-facing and internal using QR codes to link offers and orders
- Slashed time-to-offer and increased pricing consistency with standardized templates and a proprietary microservice for automated offer generation
- Implemented a responsive new website that has since resulted in a 38% increase of RFQs/year and 2.35x the previous pace of customer acquisition within the first 12 months
- Planned and oversaw the revamp of our IT infrastructure w.r.t. capacity/speed/security, enabling sales responsiveness while out “in the field” and Work From Home during lockdowns
- Improved branding and CI/CD consistency across the board
